Job DescriptionWe are looking for experienced customer support professionals who can assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns, and provide excellent service through various communication channels. Our ideal candidate has a background in ticket, chat, or phone support and is proficient in using technology to resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements- Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above (Note: A Chromebook is not sufficient for ModSquad projects)
- Quality headset
- Quiet workspace to take calls
- Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on phone
The estimated hourly rate for this position is $15-$20, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, our contractors enjoy flexible scheduling, the opportunity to work on diverse client projects, and access to cutting-edge technology and training resources.
