Role Overview

We are seeking an HR professional to manage core human resources functions within a BPO environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling bulk recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations to ensure the smooth functioning of people practices and compliance with company policies.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic BPO/Call centre culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and workplace satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Support the creation and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate training & development programs for employees.
  • Address employee grievances, ensure disciplinary actions when required, and maintain healthy workplace relations.
  • Monitor performance management systems and support appraisals and feedback processes.
  • Serve as a liaison between management and employees to maintain transparent communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes in a BPO/Call Centre environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Other Information:

Graduate or MBA in Human Resources or related field is required.

5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a BPO/Call Center industry, is also required.
