Talent Acquisition Executive Role

Contribute to a dynamic team as an experienced Talent Acquisition professional and take ownership of end-to-end hiring processes for mid-to-senior level positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage recruitment for assigned functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding candidates effectively.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic hiring needs and market dynamics, ensuring alignment with the company's goals.
  • Develop a robust candidate pipeline through active sourcing on multiple platforms and networking efforts.
  • Drive candidate engagement through structured communication strategies.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing data-driven insights to leadership teams.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in fast-paced or start-up environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using social media and headhunting techniques.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
