About the Role

The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our executive leadership, supporting decision-making, driving cross-functional initiatives, and enabling organizational effectiveness. This role is pivotal in ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and culture while fostering innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our CEO and leadership team to shape and execute organizational strategy.
  • Anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.

Critical Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience, with exposure to P&L management or strategic projects preferred.
  • Experience in leading teams or driving cross-functional initiatives.
  • Digital native, with proven ability to adapt to and drive technology-enabled change.
  • Strong ability to influence without authority and build trust across senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in corporate communication dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Deep business acumen with an innate understanding of growth levers.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and execution capabilities through past projects or business success.
  • Maturity to navigate corporate culture and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
