Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Implementation Consultant/SAP SuccessFactors Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll with at least 4 years of experience in SF – Employee Central Payroll implementation, with at least 2 successful implementations.
  • Configure system settings, migrate data, and integrate modules for optimal performance.
  • Design and execute testing methodologies and user acceptance testing processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through excellent communication and project management skills.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition, Employee Central, and succession planning processes and best practices.
  • Proficient in system configuration, data migration, and integration techniques.
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Succession & Development modules- SAP Certified consultant / Application Associate is preferred.

Experience Level: At least 4 years of experience in SF – Employee Central Payroll implementation, with at least 2 successful implementations. Designation: Implementation Consultant/ SAP SuccessFactors Manager
