SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Expert

We are seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients to analyze their recruitment and onboarding processes and identify how SAP SuccessFactors can enhance these functions.
You will lead and participate in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment modules, including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live support. You will also study SAP SuccessFactors Delta releases and recommend new features.
As part of your responsibilities, you will develop and deliver training materials and sessions for clients to ensure effective use and adoption of the implemented modules. This includes implementing ONB20 with existing references and providing post-implementation support and continuous improvement services.
You will collaborate with other SAP SuccessFactors consultants and teams to integrate the Onboarding and Recruitment modules with other HR processes and systems. Staying up-to-date on the latest SAP SuccessFactors features, releases, and industry trends is crucial for providing knowledgeable recommendations to clients.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment module implementation
- A strong understanding of HR processes and best practices in recruitment and onboarding
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in ONB20 and RCM is required
