Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP, including configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.

  • Key Responsibilities: Configure and Implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
  • System Configuration: Testing and deployment for new enhancements and payroll functionalities
  • Integration Management: SuccessFactors EC, ECP, and third-party systems (SAP ERP, Finance, Time Management, Benefits, etc.)
  • Candidate Support: Troubleshoot issues, resolve payroll discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, payroll schemas, PCRs, and payroll reporting
