Expert HCM Cloud Specialist Needed

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors EC specialist to implement and support the Employee Central Solution for global organizations.

  • Define business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and translate requirements into system configuration objects.
  • Collaborate with clients to migrate to SAP HCM Cloud solutions and provide consulting services on implementation and support projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Implementing and supporting SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution.
  2. Defining business requirements and translating them into system configuration objects.
  3. Collaborating with clients to migrate to SAP HCM Cloud solutions.
  4. Providing consulting services on implementation and support projects.

Ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, be a team player, and possess strong learning ability with agility to acquire new competencies.

A strong understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process and ability to configure solutions accordingly is required. Experience in working with Time-Off and EC payroll, preparation and execution of test cases, and uploading translation packs for data models configuration and MDF is desirable.
