Implement HCM Cloud Solutions

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of end-to-end HCM solutions. This role involves working closely with clients, managing complex functional issues and ensuring seamless integration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • 8+ years of domain expertise in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle.
  • Expert experience in Core HR & ORC Modules.
  • In-depth understanding of HCM business process and data flow.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with planning and follow-up skills.
  • Assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving complex functional issues/problems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HCM implementation.
  • Experience in client-facing roles, interacting with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
  • Good leadership capability with strong planning and follow-up skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
