Job Opportunity: SAP Cloud Solution Expert

This role plays a vital part in supporting sales teams during RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition sales cycles.

The main responsibilities of this position include:

  • Presenting RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition service offerings and their value proposition to customers.
  • Supporting and organizing technical responses to RFPs/RFCs.
  • Blueprinting customer requirements around HA/DR, Business Continuity, Security & Compliance, networks, etc.
  • Generating pricing and ongoing deal support to sales teams.
  • Overseeing technical discussions with customers on the Private Cloud Edition topic and orchestrating experts from the Cloud Architecture & Advisory organization as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in customer communications and presentations is mandatory. A bachelor's/master's degree in engineering or computer science, Business Administration from an accredited university is also necessary.

A good understanding of SAP technologies, platform interdependencies, entire platform stacks (storage, virtualization, hardware, networks, etc.), RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, and SAP Business Technology Platform is required.

An English native speaker is required, with any other language being an asset.

Work Experience and Benefits

The ideal candidate has 7-12 years of hands-on customer-facing SAP Technology Consulting and/or Presales experience, including Basis Admin, DB Admin, Migrations, Upgrades, Business Continuity, etc.

Experience working with hosting providers and data centers is beneficial, along with HANA/Suite on HANA skills.
