Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP FICO Consultant with 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of core FICO processes, configuration, and integration points with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead or support SAP FICO module implementation and configuration activities.
  • Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle: requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
  • Deliver one or more complete end-to-end implementations in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.).
  • Provide comprehensive training, documentation, and support to users.
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues and adherence to best practices.
Requirements:
  • 3 to 4 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
  • At least 1 end-to-end implementation in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of core FICO components: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting.
  • Experience working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Good understanding of business processes in finance and controlling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAP S/4HANA certification in Finance (Public Cloud edition) is desirable.
  • Experience with Fiori apps and Public Cloud restrictions/configurations would be advantageous.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum project methodologies is beneficial.
