This role involves providing visual interpretation, data summarization, and navigation assistance within platforms such as Azure Portals, Excel, and Visual Studio. Award-winning clients use JAWS and VoiceOver screen readers.

You'll work closely with the Data & Appliance Analyst to bridge accessibility gaps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Code Review and Interpretation
  • Create and manage spreadsheets for data tracking and analysis.
  • Utilize formulas, pivot tables, and other Excel tools to streamline workflows.
  • Assist in converting and formatting documents to meet accessibility standards.
  • Summarize meetings, manage task follow-ups, and track progress in collaboration with team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Basic coding knowledge
  • Understanding of how code is structured.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Comfortable working with large data sets.
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Ability to provide support in a clear, professional manner.
  • Maintain clear, professional communication in English.
  • Willingness to learn
