Senior Service Technician Role

This position requires advanced technical expertise and experience in resolving complex technology issues, hardware, software, networking, and support processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing service staff activities and services, providing training and assistance to other Service Technicians, analyzing and verifying statistical information within the ITSM tool, maintaining the ITSM KB of problems and resolutions, acting as a subject matter expert on primary support product lines, seeking opportunities for growth through automation, innovation, and process improvement, and establishing priorities on Service tickets based on departmental guidelines.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in a related support service field
  • Strong knowledge of accounting applications, Microsoft Products, and video conferencing hardware
  • Associate degree in an IT-related field or equivalent combination of education and technical training
  • Windows 10/11, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Azure certification
  • Experience troubleshooting computer and mobile device hardware, and understanding of networking fundamentals
