As a Microsoft Office Support Professional, you will provide expert assistance to our users across the globe. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Microsoft Office applications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Offer exceptional support to our users for their Microsoft Office-related problems, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Collaboration with Support Teams: Work closely with other support teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and optimal user experience.
  • Issue Escalation: Identify complex issues that require escalated support and escalate them to senior engineers or vendors as necessary.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including troubleshooting COM add-ins across the suite. You should also have experience working in enterprise environments, such as Windows, Mac, and iOS, as well as Microsoft Office 365 applications.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this position, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, you should be able to work independently and as part of a virtual team, bringing a sense of urgency to tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology is required.
  • Certifications: Holding relevant technical certifications can be an added advantage.
