Senior IAM Consultant

As a seasoned access management professional, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and configuring user access review processes.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their user access review requirements and objectives.
  • Design and configure user access review campaigns, including defining review scopes, selecting reviewers, and scheduling review periods.
  • Customize access review workflows to align with clients' organizational structure and business processes.
  • Configure automated access certification campaigns to streamline the review process and reduce manual effort.
  • Provide guidance and training to client administrators on managing access review campaigns and performing access certifications.
  • Monitor access review activities and metrics to ensure that reviews are completed on time and that access risks are effectively mitigated.
  • Assist clients with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to user access review processes.
  • Stay current with industry trends in access governance and compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems (or equivalent work experience).
  • Previous experience implementing and configuring user access review processes or similar access governance solutions.
  • Strong understanding of access governance and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with configuring access review campaigns, access certification workflows, and access risk analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
  • Relevant certifications preferred.
