Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced developer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ development, configuration, and integration, with a focus on delivering secure and scalable IAM solutions.

 

  • Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ for robust access governance.
  • Customize workflows, rules, and connectors to meet business requirements for seamless user experiences.
  • Integrate SailPoint with various systems and applications for efficient provisioning and access management.
  • Perform role-based access control (RBAC), policy enforcement, and compliance reporting to ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver IAM solutions that drive business growth.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity lifecycle and access management for improved system reliability.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ development and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including provisioning, de-provisioning, access certification, and role management.
  • Experience with Java, BeanShell scripting, XML, and web services.
  • Familiarity with directory services (LDAP, AD), databases, and enterprise systems.
  • Good knowledge of security standards and compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
