Technical Support Partner

About the Role

This is a proactive, detail-oriented position that bridges accessibility gaps in fast-paced, highly technical environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be comfortable working with large data sets using intermediate Excel functions.

You'll work closely with the Analyst to provide support within platforms such as Azure Portals, Excel, and Visual Studio.

Your key responsibilities include reviewing code, creating spreadsheets, utilising Excel tools, and assisting with document formatting to meet accessibility standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Basic coding knowledge
  • Understanding of code structure and ability to identify components like classes and functions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Comfortable working with large data sets and using intermediate Excel functions
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Ability to provide support in a clear, professional manner
  • Maintain clear, professional communication in English, both written and verbal
  • Willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
  • Comfortable working in a high-speed technical environment with urgency and frequent task-switching
