As a seasoned patient analytics professional, you will analyze claims data to uncover strategic insights and develop visual tools to inform client decisions.

With expertise in Tableau and experience leading teams, you will mentor and develop team members while fostering long-term partnerships with clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Scope, plan, and deliver end-to-end consulting projects focused on patient analytics
  • Analyze claims data to provide strategic insights and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain high-impact dashboards and visualizations using Tableau
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients and ensure their needs are met
  • Mentor and develop team members to drive business results

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, or Healthcare Management)
  • 6+ years of experience in US Pharma consulting, with a strong focus on patient analytics and claims data
  • Advanced expertise in Tableau for creating high-impact dashboards and visualizations
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing client engagements
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Dataiku for advanced analytics and machine learning applications
