Job Title: Marketing & Brand Communications Manager

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage our brand communications, drive strategic direction, and execute impactful campaigns across all channels. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in integrated marketing execution, particularly in consumer-focused industries like garments or fashion retail.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing 360 degree creative strategies with advertising/media agencies.
  • Designing and executing brand communication plans to align with business objectives.
  • Managing brand activities to ensure fit with corporate guidelines and overall strategy.
  • Overseeing end-to-end brand communication, including campaigns, influencer marketing, content, and storytelling.

In addition, the successful candidate will:

  • Develop multi-channel marketing initiatives to support business growth.
  • Develop packaging and design aesthetics that resonate with our target audience.
  • Ideate creative routes for newly launched products/services and conceptualize end-to-end execution.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to drive results-driven campaigns.

Required Skills:

We are looking for individuals with expertise in media branding, media strategy, advertising, brand campaigning, Marcom, ATL, BTL, promotions, marketing, campaigns, and events.
