Marketing Communications Specialist Role

This position oversees the marketing communications strategy, including public relations, agency and vendor management, media management, collaborations with key opinion leaders (KOLs), brand sponsorships and collaborations, event participations and sponsorships, and on-ground event activations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Marketing Manager/PR Manager with creative agencies, luxury, entertainment, or hospitality. They should possess experience managing public relations and media purchasing, brand collaborations, content creator and KOL partnerships, and industry event participation.

We are seeking an experienced professional with proficient communication skills in English, proficiency in using office tools, and experience with managing brand sponsorships. Social media management and branding skills are a plus.

  • Manage public relations activities, including developing and maintaining relationships with media outlets and crafting press releases.
  • Oversee agency and vendor relationships, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of high-quality services.
  • Handle media management, including planning and executing media campaigns and monitoring media coverage.
  • Develop and execute collaborations with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage brand sponsorships and collaborations to align with marketing objectives.
  • Coordinate participation and sponsorships of industry events to maximize brand exposure and networking opportunities.
  • Plan and execute on-the-ground event activations to engage target audiences and promote brand experiences.
Key Requirements:
