Job Title

A Healthcare Strategist is required to lead our health strategy, focusing on strengthening primary care systems and institutions.

  • Leadership & Strategy:
    • Develop project/grant proposals and conduct project reviews in the Primary Care domain.
    • Evaluate grant releases and identify sector priorities for collaborations.
  • Mentoring & Coaching:
    • Guide Programme Officers in their day-to-day activities and contribute to organizational leadership pipeline.
    • Liaise with other thematic projects to ensure synergies and improved efficiency.
  • Institutional Partnerships:
    • Lead evaluations and ensure strategic alignment of institutions seeded by trusts.
    • Ensure fund flows and programmatic planning.
  • Operational Efficiency:
    • Oversee MIS, LFA, Fluxx, Internal Audit, and Annual Work Plan processes.
  • Grant Evaluations:
    • Assist Theme Head in reviewing grant requests and partnership opportunities.
    • Serve as SPOC for academic medical institutions and medical research organizations.
  • Internal Processes:
    • Participate in review meetings and attend tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications

We require a Medical Doctor (MD/ MBBS) with an MBA/ MPH/ MHA (essential) and a minimum of 12 years of post-qualification experience in Primary Care settings within Public Health Organizations/Academic Medical Institutions.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Indian public health systems, ability to guide community healthcare initiatives, strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, influencing and collaboration abilities.
