Key Leadership Position for India Technology and Data Science Operations

Our organization is seeking an experienced leader to oversee our technology and data science operations in India. This key role will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership for our teams involved in the development of innovative health analytics solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of software engineers, data scientists, and other technical staff in the development of clinically relevant AI-enabled enterprise-level health analytics and risk management solutions.
  • Oversee the development of AI and NLP-based analytics products with a focus on end-user clinical and care management perspectives.
  • Manage the development and maintenance of full-stack software solutions for health risk, clinical summarization, and health equity analytics.
  • Build out our internal service tools and platforms that process healthcare datasets, EHR, claim, and care management data.
  • Implement operational efficiency by improving project management tools and processes to contribute to optimal team performance and results.
  • Foster continuous innovation and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Guide the team's ability to transform ideas into practical data- and AI-driven health analytics.
  • Grow a high-performing team through selective hiring and integration.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in running and leading teams, team building, coaching, and mentoring across different geographies and time zones.
  • At least 10+ years of software engineering experience including maintaining/operating at least one software product for 2+ years.
  • At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud computing and/or data processing and/or data science.
  • Extensive team building and leadership experience and excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Required Skills:

  • Strong executive presence and ability to interface effectively with senior leadership.
  • Degree in computer science, math, statistics, or another engineering field.
  • Strong software security focus and mindset, experience with security certifications.
  • Ability to manage and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to translate client insights into product and operational requirements for technical teams.
  • Experience working with healthcare data and/or in the healthcare domain.
