IT Service Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Management Specialist to join our team.

  • About the Job: As an IT Service Management Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering on TIS process operations across various service lines. This includes working with suppliers, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement. You will also be responsible for meeting various process KPIs, publishing periodic dashboards, and ensuring the correctness of these reports.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Deliver on TIS process operations for specific processes, including Change Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management, Event Management, Incident Management, Major Incident Management, Asset Management, Configuration Management, Transition Management, and Availability Management.
    • Ensure correct execution of a specific process or group of processes by a supplier.
    • Analyze process-related data and identify gaps for actioning specific suppliers and service lines.
    • Meet various process KPIs, publish periodic dashboards, and ensure the correctness of these reports.
    • Engage in timely communications with functional stakeholders.
    • Support escalation manager/Major Incident Manager for MIM.
    • Deliver on IT Service Management for specific towers/service lines across ITIL processes, Service Operations, and continual service improvement.
    • Manage service operations with standardized services, processes, and tools to provide efficient and high-quality services.
    • Identify and drive improvement opportunities in existing processes, procedures, and simplify/automate where possible.
    • Provide analytical reports for actionable periodic Supplier Governance calls.
    • Work on process simplifications and improvements to ensure efficient operation delivery and stable IT environment.
    • Ensure that asset-relevant attributes are correctly maintained in the Configuration and Asset Management System.
    • Act as super user group for all matters related to processes.
    • Develop and govern processes to effectively manage both internal and external audits across TIS, including audit stakeholder management, remediation tracking, status reporting, and lessons learnt sharing.
    • Act as SPOC for both internal and external audit teams across the organization and coordinate respective activities.

  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience with process improvement and automation tools
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
