Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Assembly Process Industrialization team. As an expert in designing and implementing efficient production lines, you will be responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and ergonomics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Production Assy lines that meet Capacity, Quality, Safety Ergonomic requirements.
  • Support Indian Manufacturing group on Industrial Engineering needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial engineering, with expertise in product assembly process design and manufacturing engineering. Key skills include:

  • Specialist in Product Assy Process : specifying, implementing qualifying the Manufacturing Process Equipment in compliance with SPS Principles.
  • Strong technical expertise in areas such as conveyor selections, pneumatics, robots integration, pick and place, servo slides selection, tooling testing equipment s, gluing, UV Curing, bowel feeder tightening equipment selection, welding, laser marking camera inspections.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor.
  • Ability to analyze and optimize E2E flows from order to customers or from Supplier to customer through system settings and capacity management to meet customer demand in accordance with SPS principles.
  • Understanding of value stream maps and related basic concepts of order flow.
