Job Summary

This role involves providing expert technical support to ensure the smooth operation of various artwork systems and tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues, implementing IT projects, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues for OneArt, TVT, and other applicable tools with minimal supervision.
  • Own the APS process for Artwork Teams, ensuring efficient processing of certification, deletion, recertification, and user accesses.
  • Lead and implement IT projects and improvement initiatives for Artwork Teams.
  • Assist operations teams in resolving issues related to Artworks IT infrastructure.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices of Artworks software products and information systems.
  • Ensure tools are fit for purpose through application improvements and bug fixes.
  • Responsible for compliant and efficient usage of all software in Artwork and Printed Packaging Material quality checks.
  • Design, develop, and implement data & analytics models and business solutions for tools & standards.
  • Provide tools & standards to ensure forecasting accuracy.
  • Support Business Process Owners in establishing information systems strategy, policy management, and service delivery.

Common Responsibilities:

  • Ensure On-Time-In-Full delivery of high-quality artworks fully compliant with Sandoz standards and in-country regulatory, marketing, manufacturing & legal compliance.
  • Proactively report all deviations through timely escalations.
  • Implement continuous process improvement projects to enhance quality & productivity.
  • Regularly communicate with customers & partners to collect feedback on support services and continuously acquire process knowledge.
  • Ensure Training on relevant procedures before taking up any GxP activities.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced technical skills & knowledge of IT systems.
  • Advanced business analytical skills with an excellent eye for detail.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Graduate / Post Graduate in Applied Sciences or Engineering.
  • Minimum 8 years of overall pharmaceutical or related experience is preferred.
  • Experiences in Artwork management are preferred.
