Job Title

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for artwork tools with minimal supervision.
  • Own the APS process for Artwork Teams and ensure efficient certification, deletion, recertification, and user access activities.
  • Lead and implement IT projects and improvement initiatives for Artworks Teams.
  • Assist in designing and developing information systems strategy and business solutions for Artworks.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of all Artworks software products and information systems.
  • Evaluate tool fit-for-purpose through application improvements and bug fixes.
  • Design and develop data and analytics models and business solutions for tools and standards.

Common Objectives:

  • Deliver high-quality artworks fully compliant with Sandoz standards and in-country regulatory requirements.
  • Proactively report deviations and implement continuous process improvement projects to enhance quality and productivity.
  • Regularly communicate with customers and partners to collect feedback on support services and deliverable status.

Required Skills:

  • Advanced technical skills and knowledge of IT systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills with an eye for detail.

The ideal candidate will possess a Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering and at least 8 years of overall pharmaceutical experience. Experience in Artwork management is preferred.
