We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive strategy, customer success, and profitability for our region. Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across India and Asia-Pacific through strategic partnerships and networking.
  • Develop and execute a sustainable account strategy aligned with company goals and profitability objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure optimal revenue generation and market competitiveness.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships effectively by mapping and networking relevant influencers and stakeholders.
  • Foster C-Level connections with key customers to drive up-sell and cross-sell potential.
  • Monitor market trends and provide regular competitor feedback to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology
  • 10-15+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in account management
  • Proven track record of success in managing major accounts
  • Experience in the semiconductor services sector is an advantage
  • Strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and goal-oriented approach
  • Highly effective negotiation, presentation, and data analysis skills
  • Ability to travel frequently (>25%)
Competitive Salary: ₹12000 - ₹18000 per month
