Job Title

Our team is looking for a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer to design, develop and maintain features on the platform. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in JavaScript programming, strong understanding of HTML and Angular technologies, and experience with scripting languages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop features on the ServiceNow ITSM platform
  • Develop and maintain client-side and server-side scripts
  • Create Business Rules and Scripted REST APIs
  • Generate reports and dashboards using Performance Analytics
  • Design and develop custom dashboards
  • Prepare packages and components related to developments made
  • Ensure clear documentation for deployment and delivery management
Requirements
  • Advanced expertise in JavaScript programming
  • Strong understanding of HTML and Angular technologies
  • Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM platform and its features
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
