Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM Developer

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented ServiceNow developer to join our team and play a crucial role in designing and developing efficient solutions in the ServiceNow platform.

The ServiceNow ITSM Developer will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow functionality, designing, developing, and implementing custom applications and workflows in ServiceNow ITSM, performing system integration and data migration tasks within the ServiceNow platform, configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules and applications to meet business needs, creating and maintaining technical documentation for ServiceNow solutions and configurations, providing technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow ITSM platform, implementing best practices for coding, testing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams on ServiceNow development projects, staying updated with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities, participating in the evaluation and selection of ServiceNow plugins and third-party tools, conducting testing and quality assurance of developed ServiceNow solutions, training end-users and support teams on new ServiceNow features and functionalities, assisting in ServiceNow platform upgrades and enhancements, and participating in ITIL process improvement initiatives within ServiceNow.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for ServiceNow development.
  • In-depth understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Experience in customizing and configuring ServiceNow modules and applications.
  • Ability to perform ServiceNow system integration and data migration tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in creating technical documentation for ServiceNow solutions and configurations.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices and standards.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple ServiceNow development projects.
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform upgrades and enhancements.
  • Ability to train end-users and support teams on new ServiceNow features and functionalities.
  • Strong understanding of security and access controls in ServiceNow.
