Job Title: Customer Support Liaison
Nexthire is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large volumes of customer inquiries and respond to customer emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers using the right methods and tools.
- Meet personal and customer call handling quotas and handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Strong hold on using computer and learning new software.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Graduation in any field.
- Freshers-3 years of experience.
