Job Title: Customer Support Liaison

Nexthire is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage large volumes of customer inquiries and respond to customer emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers using the right methods and tools.
  • Meet personal and customer call handling quotas and handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Strong hold on using computer and learning new software.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Graduation in any field.
  • Freshers-3 years of experience.
