We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our Etech team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing solutions to their problems, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide solutions to customer problems, following established guidelines and protocols.
- Empathize with customers and use effective communication skills to resolve issues.
- Update customer records and escalate issues to other departments as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless customer service.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in any field, with excellent communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
