We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our Etech team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing solutions to their problems, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide solutions to customer problems, following established guidelines and protocols.
  • Empathize with customers and use effective communication skills to resolve issues.
  • Update customer records and escalate issues to other departments as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless customer service.

Requirements:



  • Diploma or degree in any field, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
