Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned business growth strategist to spearhead our efforts in identifying and pursuing new opportunities in current and prospective markets.

  • The ideal candidate will develop and maintain a comprehensive customer database, including regular communication and offering solutions to meet their needs.
  • He/she will be responsible for managing the buying and selling of plastic resins, including PP, PE, PET, and PVC, from local producers and distributors, as well as selling to assigned customers and new prospects.
  • The Business Growth Strategist will represent the company at meetings, conferences, and international tradeshows to promote our products.
  • He/she will also assist the Branch Manager in monitoring logistics, inventory management, and cargo allocations.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve business growth through market research and analysis.
  • Develop and implement marketing ideas to attract potential customers.
  • Conduct market research to gather information on prices and trends in specific markets.
  • Analyze market data and competitors' products to inform marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in trading polymers in India and international markets.
  • In-depth understanding of the polymer market in India.
  • Able to travel domestically and internationally for business purposes.
  • Familiarity with the latest business policies and regulations.

Skills:

  • Demonstrable analytical thinking and business acumen.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership quality and negotiation skills.
  • Effective time and task management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Management, International Trade, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
