- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial strategy, investment banking, or corporate finance.
- Proven track record in deal execution, financial modeling, and strategic advisory.
- Strong network across financial institutions, investors, and regulatory authorities.
- Prior experience working with boards, senior stakeholders, or investors in a strategic capacity.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
