Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Professional to lead our quality initiatives and drive continuous improvement. The Deputy Quality Manager will be responsible for developing quality judgment criteria, monitoring process control, and ensuring timely closure of identified issues during audits.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement quality improvement actions based on collected data, organize teams to drive continuous improvement of quality performance, and provide guidance on EMS SMT/PCBA processes and quality operations.

To succeed in this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree or above, at least 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturing, and be a native English speaker. Familiarity with IATF 16949 quality management system and proficiency in quality tools and structured problem-solving methodologies are also essential.

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality are met, and our customers receive exceptional products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Quality Judgment Criteria: Establish and maintain quality standards and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  2. Monitor Process Control: Drive continuous improvement of quality performance through regular audits, data analysis, and process improvements.
  3. Ensure Timely Closure of Issues: Identify and address quality-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and maximize customer satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement actions and drive business growth.
