Operations Excellence Manager

Our team is seeking an experienced Operations Excellence Manager to lead our operations and drive customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the customer experience from project inception to completion, ensuring timely issue resolution and a positive outcome.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently and empower team members to solve problems effectively.
  • As a people manager, hire talent to strengthen the team and adhere to defined processes to deliver a standardized customer experience.
  • Responsible for Adherence to Customer Move-In Timelines, Customer Overall CSAT Score, and Quick Resolution of Customer Escalations.

Key Qualifications:

  • NIT/BITS/IIT/ MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools preferred.
  • 7-12 years of work experience in Startups or Operations in similar industries.
  • People management skills with direct team reporting required.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills necessary.
  • Structured thought process and strong analytical ability essential.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environment.
  • Manage strategic alliances/business partnerships through builders, architects, and interior consultants.
