Job Title: Senior Analytics Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analytics Manager to lead our data-driven initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytics solutions that drive business growth and improve decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven strategies to inform business decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement analytics solutions.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills:
    • Machine Learning/AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, NLTK, SpaCy, HuggingFace, Generative AI.
    • Azure, AWS, FastAPI, Git & Version Control, Dagster, Airflow, MLFlow, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Business Acumen:
    • 8+ years of relevant experience in ML/DL with a fully technical background.
    • Experience focused on production projects only.
    • Proven experience in ML/AI development, particularly in ML, with a strong understanding of NLP, deep learning, and neural networks.
    • Proficiency in Python and at least one of the Deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
    • Familiarity with NLP libraries such as NLTK, SpaCy and Huggingface transformers.
    • Working knowledge of Generative AI models and their architectures.
    • Familiarity with at least one of the two cloud platforms - Azure or AWS.
    • Proficiency in exposing the solutions as API endpoints using ASGI frameworks such as FastAPI.
    • Experience with development tools such as Git and version control.
    • Experience deploying the solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
    • Familiarity with MLOps tools like Dagster, Airflow, MLFlow, etc., to build orchestration pipelines and enable model versioning and tracking.
    • Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and core software engineering principles.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Good communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Robust knowledge of statistics, data mining, and hypothesis testing, along with a sound understanding of visualization.
