Job Title: Senior Data Scientist

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Data Science Leader to spearhead data-driven initiatives and deliver cutting-edge machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Python, generative AI, and scalable model deployment frameworks, with a deep understanding of the life sciences domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex data science projects from data preparation to large-scale deployment.
  • Apply LLMs, transformers, and other GenAI techniques to drive business growth.
  • Develop and mentor junior data scientists to enhance technical delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of deployed models.
  • Stay current with emerging GenAI advancements and evaluate adoption opportunities.
Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
  • Advanced knowledge of NLP, LLM fine-tuning, transformers, and GenAI frameworks.
  • Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Deep understanding of data engineering concepts, feature engineering, and large-scale data handling.
  • Expertise with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
