  • Recommendation Engine: Leverage recommendation engines to personalize matchmaking, content discovery, and elevate overall CX/RX.
  • Llm-Based Solutions: Deploy LLM-based solutions to elevate customer support, retention journeys, and contextual engagement.
  • Advanced Analytics: Lead analytics initiatives that drive revenue growth, optimize conversion rates, and improve engagement by turning data into actionable insights.
  • Team Leadership & Innovation: Build, inspire, and lead a world-class data science team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align AI/ML innovations with business objectives, enhancing both product development and user satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement best practices in data science, ensuring operational efficiency and scaling AI solutions that directly impact business KPIs.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain partnerships with top academic institutions and tech companies to stay at the forefront of AI/ML innovations.
