Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to drive growth for our organization.

About The Position
  • Owning end-to-end profit and loss; setting strategy, translating into roadmaps, and delivering outcomes.
  • Taking ownership across commercial, operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, HR, IT, compliance, and ESG—working through empowered functional heads and Group shared services.
  • Driving market expansion with focus on Oil & Gas and new verticals; building channel/partner ecosystems in priority geographies.
  • Building a predictable order book and margin profile; negotiating long-cycle contracts and key accounts.
  • Modernizing manufacturing: improving throughput, overall equipment effectiveness, yield, and first-time-right quality; deploying capital expenditures with IRR/ROI discipline.
  • Leading digital/ERP transformation; institutionalizing data-driven governance.
  • Strengthening supply chain resilience—vendor development for alloys and strategic sourcing.
  • Establishing a performance culture—clear key result areas/key performance indicators and leadership bench, with safety and compliance as non-negotiables.

We seek a candidate with 18+ years of experience in B2B manufacturing/industrial engineering with demonstrated profit and loss ownership and scale-up results. A track record in driving growth across domestic and international markets is preferred. Strong command of plant operations, quality systems, supply chain, and capital deployment is essential.

A successful candidate will have an owner's mindset, strong execution, and high standards for delivering results. They will be strategic yet hands-on, data-driven with shop-floor comfort, customer-centric, and integrity driven.
