Design Visionary for AI-Driven Innovation

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI products.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, creativity, and innovation. They will be responsible for creating intuitive, pixel-perfect interfaces for web & mobile applications using tools like Figma, Canva, Lovable, Bolt.new, and other AI design assistants.

The role involves designing wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and polished UI designs, conducting user research, usability testing, and data-driven iterations, building and managing design systems, style guides, and reusable components, collaborating with developers for accurate execution of designs, applying accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design principles, contributing innovative ideas to enhance features and user experiences, and mentoring junior designers and promoting a collaborative design culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design user-centric and visually appealing interfaces that meet business objectives.
  • Use AI-powered design tools to streamline workflows and increase productivity.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of designs.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Canva, Lovable, Bolt.new, Sketch, Adobe XD.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript to align with dev teams.
  • Hands-on experience with wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
  • Knowledge of user research, usability testing, and user-centered design.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for user-first, modern design.
  • Strong communication & teamwork skills.
