We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our Industrial Water category product sales in the Northern and Eastern India regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating business opportunities, selling products (mainly Membrane Bioreactors, Ultra-filtration membranes and Membrane housings) in the Industrial/commercial market with a consultative approach/value selling to OEMs, EPC, End User & driving Channel Partners for business development.
Main Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet assigned objectives, reporting to national sales manager
- Track and follow upcoming green field projects, ongoing brownfields, and retrofits/replacement business in the region by virtue of business intelligence and networking in the industry
- Provide Technical training/inputs on our products and applications to channel partners, consultants and OEMs
- Drive growth by continuously creating and selling customer value propositions, geographical coverage, meeting End User/OEM in assigned territory. Focus on our competitive advantage while leveraging our broad product portfolio.
Key Requirements
- Bachelors in Engg degree with 8+ years of experience in application knowledge and technical selling
- Deep domain knowledge in Water chemistry, Ultrafiltration & Membrane Bio Reactor
- Well-developed sales skills to make decisions and evaluations to determine the needs of the customers
- Ability to work on your own initiative and make effective decisions under pressure
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Excellent oral, written & strong communication skills in both technical and business terms
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Treats all colleagues and customers with dignity, respect, and courtesy
