Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager
About the Role: As a Territory Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our sales initiatives, playing a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. You will receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and hands-on experience to become a successful contributor to our sales success.
Responsibilities:
To achieve revenue targets set by the manager.
To identify new business deals by understanding client requirements, negotiating contracts, and integrating them with operations.
To generate leads within the healthcare industry, targeting hospitals, nursing homes, and relevant stakeholders.
To build and nurture professional relationships through engagement activities.
To conduct compelling presentations to owners and senior management.
To provide regular updates on sales activities to the manager.
To conduct impactful technology demos, addressing client queries comprehensively.
To collaborate closely with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
Required skills:
Track record of working on projects in strategy, marketing, and business development.
Proficient in negotiation, coupled with strong analytical skills.
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
Demonstrated expertise in building and sustaining relationships with key decision-makers.
Effective Stakeholder Relationship Management.
A prior experience in the healthcare or technology sectors will be preferred.
