Visa and Immigration Consultant Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Visa and Immigration Consultant to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.

  • Interview clients and deal with all applications face to face and by post to ensure suitability.
  • Oversight of visa and immigration document completion and timely submission.
  • Verification of client information and preparation of legal documents.
  • Preparation of fee quotes and information required by clients, colleagues or authorities.
  • Maintenance of strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Assistance in obtaining visas, green cards, and other documentation.
  • Full responsibility for immigration issues and operations, including staying up-to-date with changes to legislation.
  • Training of HR staff to enhance their understanding of immigration rules.
