Ascend Ventures' portfolio consulting firm (US-based) is seeking a skilled Accounts Manager to manage and oversee end-to-end operations, client accounts, and day-to-day team performance. This is a full-time remote role from India. Ascend is an organization that specializes in providing visa services to individuals in the 3 key areas of consulting expertise as follows:

1) EB1A Visa (Employment-based, first-preference visa available to non-U.S. citizens with extraordinary ability).

2) EB2NIW Visa (Employment-based visa that allows foreign nationals with Exceptional Ability).

3) O1A Visa (Non-immigrant type of visa to foreign nationals who have exceptional abilities or achievements in their field).

We offer services related to visas and help clients understand the specific requirements, documentation and procedures for obtaining the desired visa. We begin with initial consultations, assessments and documentation. Finally we assist in filling out and submitting visa applications.

We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our organization.

JOB TITLE: Account Manager

Training period : 2 month

Location: Fully Remote work ( From India only)

Probationary period : 6 Months

Terms of employment: Full time Employment

Salary: Rs 35,000/- per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client accounts, track deliverables, and ensure timely execution of projects.
  • Oversee and streamline daily team operations and cross-border coordination.
  • Build structured reporting frameworks to provide visibility to US-based leadership.
  • Ensure process compliance, efficiency, and smooth workflow management.
  • Support strategic growth by identifying gaps and optimizing performance.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, operations, or consulting.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with global teams and adapt to US time zone requirements.
  • Experience with project management and reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
