Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Chennai. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing account operations, coordinating with internal teams, addressing client inquiries and concerns, and creating reports on account status and performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer relationship management and client account management skills
  • Experience in coordinating with internal teams and handling client inquiries
  • Proficient in creating performance reports and maintaining account information
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the surface treatment or a related industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
