Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, located in Chennai. The Account Manager will oversee and manage client accounts, develop and maintain long-term client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include regularly interfacing with clients, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues that may arise. The role also involves tracking account metrics, preparing regular reports, and working closely with internal teams to align solutions with client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Account Management, Client Relations, and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Project Management, Organizational and Time Management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with construction industry standards and practices is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
