Role Description: Immigration Consultant – Inside Sales

As an Immigration Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their aspirations, and offering them the right immigration or overseas opportunities. You will not be involved in backend document processing – your role focuses purely on sales and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries.

Counsel clients on Canada PR, Australia PR, Overseas Education, and Job Seeker Visas.

Build and maintain a strong client pipeline to achieve monthly sales targets.

Provide accurate and up-to-date information on services offered.

Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records diligently.

Collaborate with the processing team for smooth client onboarding.

Requirements:
Proven experience in Sales / Business Development / Inside Sales, preferably in Immigration, Overseas Education, or related industries.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasion and negotiation ability.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated to achieve sales targets.

Fluency in English (Tamil/Hindi/Malayalam is an added advantage).
