UK Student Visa Support Specialist Job Description

A UK student visa support specialist plays a vital role in helping international students navigate the complex process of obtaining a UK study visa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through accurate information, smooth documentation, and complete assistance from inquiry to visa approval.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle first-level counseling for UK study inquiries (eligibility, intakes, courses, universities, tuition fees, scholarships, living costs).
  • Explain visa requirements, application timelines, and documentation checklist.
  • Guide students about education loans, fee payment, and scholarship options.
  • Convert inquiries into registered students.
Application Process:
  • Collect and verify documents from students.
  • Submit files for document assessment via B2B partners.
  • Follow up with partners for offer letters and escalate delays.
  • Support students with tuition fee payments, loan documentation, and forex guidance.
  • Assist in CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) document preparation.
Visa Stage:
  • Prepare students for CAS interviews (mock Q&A practice).
  • Fill and verify UK visa forms.
  • Assist in arranging financials, education loans, and supporting documents.
  • Submit final visa application through B2B partner system.
Post-Visa Support:
  • Support students in pre-departure activities (accommodation, ticketing guidance, orientation).
  • Maintain regular communication till student departs.
