Senior Technical Project Lead

As a seasoned technical professional, you will take on the role of leading complex projects from start to finish. With extensive knowledge of software systems and APIs, you will serve as the primary point of contact for advanced technical queries and ensure timely resolution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading root cause analysis efforts in collaboration with engineering and product teams.
  • Developing and implementing support best practices, including knowledge base articles and diagnostic procedures.
  • Managing project lifecycles, including client onboarding, integration, and solution rollouts.

Required qualifications include:

  • 10–15 years of experience in technical support or customer-facing IT services.
  • Minimum 5+ years in managing technical projects or enterprise implementations.
  • Expertise with project management tools and reporting platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead technical teams.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
  • Experience with CRM and ticketing platforms.
  • Previous experience working with enterprise B2B clients in regulated sectors.
