What You'll Own
Lead & mentor a talented team of developers.
Architect solutions that are secure, scalable & high-performing.
Drive CI/CD, DevOps excellence, and automation.
Ensure code quality through reviews, testing & best practices.
Collaborate with PMs, designers, and global clients to deliver impact.
Experiment with emerging tech (AI, AR, Web3) to stay ahead of the curve.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years in technical leadership with proven delivery track record.
- Strong expertise in frontend & backend frameworks (React.js, Node.js, Next.js).
- Hands-on with DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, monitoring tools.
- Deep knowledge of secure coding (OWASP, encryption, compliance frameworks).
- Excellent communication, leadership & mentoring skills.
